The Globe Trott website (https://globe-trott.com/) is a showcase site offering electric scooter rental services, with the possibility of making a reservation request online. This website is published by Globe trott S L, with registered office at 15 carrer termes 17257 toreilla de Montgrí Spain, and can be reached at the email address contact@globe-trott.com.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to the website and the use of its services imply full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use.

The site allows users to:

  • Consult offers for scooter excursions.
  • Make a booking request via a form
  • Contact the Globe Trott team for any further information
  1. Reservation

The reservation is made via an online form where the user must fill in certain personal information (name, surname, email, telephone). This data is necessary for the processing of the application.

Submitting the form does not constitute an automatic booking confirmation . Globe Trott reserves the right to accept or refuse a request, subject to availability.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a secure payment solution. Globe Trott does not store the user’s bank details at any time. Processing takes place directly on Stripe’s secure servers, in accordance with their privacy policy.

  1. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, representation or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

  1. Responsibilities

Globe Trott makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published. However, the site cannot be held liable in the event of error, omission or unavailability of the service.
